In connection with Morag Myerscough's 2014 commission for the Women and Children's entrance at Royal London Hospital, Vital Arts is offering two limited edition screen-printed ceramic works. Whitechapel Duo 1 and Whitechapel Duo 2 echo the vibrancy of the artist's installation which has transformed the building's entrance into an uplifting and welcoming space.

Morag Myerscough has created five major commissions for Vital Arts since 2012, including children's dining rooms, a ward-wide installation at the Royal London, and a paediatric unit at Newham Hospital. She has also designed wallpaper, furniture and sculpture for our hospitals.

Since working with Vital Arts, she has gone on to make work for hospitals all over the world. The artist has also undertaken public commissions including ‘The Movement Café’ for the London 2012 Olympics and for the Design Museum’s first permanent exhibition ‘Designer Maker User’.

All proceeds from the sale of this artwork supported the Vital Arts programme.
