Located in Whitechapel, the Royal London is the UK's largest leading and internationally renowned teaching hospitals. Vital Arts has commissioned dozens of site-specific artworks for the buildings 15 floors.

Situated in Smithfield in the City of London, St Bartholomew's, also known at Barts, is a state-of-the-art Cancer and Cardiac Centre of Excellence. Vital Arts has commissioned many works across the historic site.

Newham Hospital is based in Plaistow in the heart of east London and serves one of Britain's most diverse, fastest growing and youngest populations. Vital Arts began to commission work for the site in 2016, when the hospital joined Barts Health NHS Trust.

Whipps Cross Hospital has been caring for the people of east London for over 100 years. The hospital serves a local population of people from Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Epping Forest.

Opened in 1883 on the site of a former workhouse, Mile End Hospital is now a community hospital providing outpatient services and hosts external healthcare providers. Vital Arts has recently delivered the first of many commissions for this site.
