Following their transformative installation for the Ambrose King Sexual Health Centre, Royal London Hospital, studio Kapitza produced a colourful and bold installation of digital prints for the Ultrasound Waiting Area, Whipps Cross Hospital.

About the artist

Studio Kapitza, which consists of sisters Nicole and Petra Kaptiza, have previously been commissioned by Comme des Garçons, Kew Gardens, Gucci, Clinique, Swatch, Ikea and the United States Postal Service. They have published several volumes on colour and pattern, and their work was included in the 2019 book, “Designs of our Time” by The Design Museum. In 2013 they were nominated for the Museum’s award, Designs of the Year.
